At InTheZone Labs, we strive to deliver your products quickly and securely. Below are the details on our shipping options, processing times, and delivery expectations for the U.S. and Canada.

Processing Time

• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (EST) will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Options and Rates

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada:

USA (Contiguous 48 States):

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free for orders over $100 (after discounts). Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $8.95.
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for a flat rate of $19.95.
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for a flat rate of $39.95.

Canada:

• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Flat rate of $14.95.
• Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days): Available for $24.95.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Fitness equipment, oversized items, and certain products may be subject to additional shipping charges or restrictions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages
